Returns & Exchanges

At Aveloir, your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Policy You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or an exchange.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same impeccable condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging, with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email our customer care team at aveloir.sac@aveloirstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
